Installation of a Sample Valve on a Speidel Tank. Sample Valves are a great addition to any tank, used to pull small samples of wine from the tank for tasting and testing without having to open one of your butterfly valves and either wasting wine or making a mess. Speidel sample valves are installed on a male threaded port in the tank via a female threaded collar. This design ensures that the wine never contacts the threads, making it easy to keep the fitting clean and giving you added peace of mind. One of our most commonly purchased optional features, nearly every tank we sell is equipped with one.
Please Note: Purchasing this item installs an optional feature on a Speidel Tank. This item cannot be purchased independently, and must be purchased on the same invoice as the tank it is to be installed on to ensure accurate manufacturing.
