Granular, direct addition, special formulation designed to target tannins and bacteria from musts infected with mildew or botrytis. Bentonite fining of a must or juice will remove free nitrogen as well, so yeast must be properly fed in order to prevent the development of off flavors and the possibility of a stuck ferment.
Applied at a rate of 2-2.5kg per 1000L (15-20lb / 1000gal) of must/juice. Package provides a dosage of 2.5g/L to 1000L of must.
